Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving your order.
• We will guide you through the return process.
• You can choose a replacement.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• Return/exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
• A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email) is required.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

• Contact our customer support team at beubeauty307@gmail.com with your order number, issue details, and relevant photos.
• Our team will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions.
• Securely pack the item, attach the RA number, and include the proof of purchase.
• Ship the item to the address provided by our team.
• Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or send a replacement based on your preference.
Processing Time: Please allow 10-15 business days for refunds or exchanges.

Sale Items

• Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
